Anirudh Krishnakumar has a longstanding relationship with the MATTER Lab. He joined the Lab as a PhD student in March of 2016 and successfully defended his thesis on June 17, 2020 on the topic of mental health disorders and collaborative open science, through the Center for Research and Interdisciplinarity (CRI, Paris). He is currently helping to manage projects of European stakeholders is their adoption of MindLogger and related informatics resources.

Anirudh’s research interests include empowering various stakeholders in the autism community to develop projects together in a more open model of scientific inquiry. He founded the CRI outreach program in Chennai, India, where students from different disciplines learn and apply innovative approaches in research and education on projects associated with mental health disorders.
